Riley grew up on Disney, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network among many others. They saw the stories that were being shown and noted on how different each art style looked. They didn’t know it at the time, but they knew that they wanted to be a part of that process somehow. 

 

Riley takes inspiration from reading comic books from brand giants to independent creators. They can see the care that is put into the lines of a character or the way a comic cell is structured and makes a mental note of it whenever they do their own work.

Riley is currently a digital artist specializing in Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop.  They would define their work as soft, whimsical, and nostalgic. They prides themselves in being a storyteller as well. They hope for each piece of work is to embody an aspect of a story onto the page, whether that be being swept up into a fantastical or scientific fantasy scenario or something unsettling and sinister.

Riley's goal one day would be to reach other kids that have a love of art and inspire them to want to create stories and images that spark the imagination.
